Lawyers discuss what’s next after the $265 million dicamba verdict?
Law firm Peiffer Wolf Carr & Kane, which represented the plaintiff in the recent 265 million dollar Bader Farms dicamba drift verdict in Missouri, held a telephone news conference Wednesday to discuss what they plan to do next.
The law firm says that 2,000 or more farmers are expected to file claims as a result of dicamba damage to their crops. The call featured three farmers who say they have experienced tree and crop damage because of dicamba drift.
