Operation Weed Eradication is BASF’s mission to enlist tough-minded growers and industry partners to take the approach that the last weed standing is the strongest, most capable and the most genetically resistant weed on the farm.

Flooding and excess moisture during the growing season caused many farmers to get a late start and kept others from planting a crop in 2019. That means there are significant crop acres where nothing other than weeds is growing.
