16 workers confirmed with COVID at Triumph Foods
Sixteen workers at the Triumph Foods pork processing plant in northwest Missouri have been confirmed with COVID-19.
The company says the state health department has provided 28-hundred additional tests for all employees – including those without symptoms – to be tested for the virus at the St. Joseph, Missouri plant. It says the confirmed workers are self-quarantined.
The Triumph Foods plant is the second largest pork facility in the nation, processing more than one-and-a-half BILLION pounds a year.
