Turkey food safety tips amid COVID
Thanksgiving food safety is always important in any year and the year of COVID is no different. Maribel Alonso, Technical Information Specialist at the USDA Meat and Poultry Hotline says even if it’s a smaller turkey this year, you need to check the internal temperature of the turkey in three places.
