The Muscatine Community School District will be returning to in-person and hybrid learning effective Monday, December 7th.
School officials have been monitoring staff levels across the district as well as continuing to work closely with the Muscatine County Public Health Department monitoring COVID-19 cases.
School officials say the district is able to staff a return to in-person/hybrid learning. Muscatine County’s COVID-19 positivity rate continues to decline.
