Wisconsin modifies 2021 FFA convention

Wisconsin’s FFA will have their annual convention in Green Bay, but with a much different format because of COVID-19 precautions.

FFA Alumni Executive Director Cheryl Steinbach says the hybrid event will be both in-person and online, and the program has been shortened to one day, on Saturday, February 13th.  The convention will be hosted at the KI Convention Center and Hyatt Regency Hotel with social distancing protocols.  The convention will have an opening session, section meetings, a luncheon, annual business meeting, award recognition, Wisconsin State FFA Officer reflections program, retiring President’s address, workshops, and optional dinner.  FFA members can either attend in person or online.

The annual fund-raising auctions will not be held at the convention this year but will instead be handled online through O’Brien Auctioneers from February 1st through the 14th.
