Trinity Muscatine Public Health said this week that COVID-19 vaccinations continue for Phase 1A healthcare workers and long-term care residents in Muscatine County, and should be complete by the beginning of February.
The next phase, which includes people over the age of 75, will begin after a go-ahead Iowa’s Infectious Disease Advisory Council.
But Muscatine is on a vaccine shortage order by the state and cannot move forward with any phases until further direction is given, the health department said.
