Expect morning rain to change to snow today

We’re still seeing chance of wintry weather for our Thursday into Friday. Thursday morning the system will arrive between the hours of 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Some light rain is possible with a chance of light freezing rain, but we may not see any freezing rain just depends on the transition from rain to snow. We do see all snow by noon on Thursday at the moment, but may change as we get closer due to arrival time, and when the colder air wil move in, and still may see some light freezing drizzle or light freezing rain mixed in with the snow showers. Across our region we’re still tracking 1 to 3 inches, and possibly more north of Interstate 80. So as we continue to keep tracking this system, keep checking back with us for the latest on Thursday, and Friday.
