Farmland on the market tapering off for now

The number of farms for sale and the price those farms are selling for began to rise this past fall.

Randy Dickhut with Farmers National Company says high quality land started going near the record levels of 2012.

Now as we move into the first quarter of 2021, Dickhut tells Brownfield the amount of land on the market has gone down, further driving up land values.
