It may be a little bit early for residents to venture outside and begin yard work, but Muscatine Public Works has announced that the annual Spring leaf collection has been scheduled for two weeks in April.

Leaf vacuum trucks will be out on the streets of Muscatine between April 12th through 23rd collecting leaves raked to the boulevard in front of a homeowner’s residence.

Residents should have their leaves piled in the boulevard in front of their residences for pickup one day before the DPW trucks will be in their zone.

See muscatineiowa.gov for details.
