The City of Muscatine and the Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department are requesting proposals from individuals and/or organizations who would be interested in providing concession services at either or all of the following facilities: the Muscatine Soccer Complex; Kent Stein Park; and, the Muscatine Aquatic Center.
Information regarding the request for proposal is available on the City of Muscatine website under CONCESSION LEASE PROPOSAL. Those wishing to submit a proposal are asked to complete the form and return it to the Muscatine Finance Department by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023.
Proposals are not a bid and will be evaluated on concession food service experience, ability to provide concession equipment as needed, completeness of proposal, highest percentage of gross sales proposed to the City, ability to provide staff as needed, and experience in working with the public.
