U.S. House to consider WOTUS disapproval

The U.S. House of Representatives is expected to vote on a joint resolution disapproving the Biden Administration’s Waters of the U.S. rule later this week.

House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Chairman and Missouri Congressman Sam Graves tells Brownfield Congressional action is important because the administration cannot agree on a rule that provides clarity.

“The administration should stay out of this and let the U.S. Supreme Court do its job. The bottom line is this will prevent farmers, ranchers and people from doing what they need to do.
