House version of DAIRY PRIDE introduced Wednesday

Legislation that would force the Food and Drug Administration to enforce dairy standards of identity and prohibit imitation products from using dairy terms has now been introduced in the House of Representatives.

The DAIRY PRIDE Act introduced in the Senate on February 28th now has a bipartisan companion bill in the House supported by Derrick Van Orden (WI-03), John Joyce M.D. (PA-13), Ann Kuster (NH-02), Angie Craig (MN-02), Mike Simson (ID-02), and Joe Courtney (CT-02).
