US and European Union leaders clarified their clean energy partnership during a meeting at the White House on Friday.
The meeting addressed the EU’s concerns that clean energy details in the Inflation Reduction Act did not align with World Trade Organization rules.
President Joe Biden and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen released a statement announcing new steps to deepen their economic relationship, build clean energy economies and address shared national security challenges.
