A technical service representative with BASF is encouraging growers to make a weed management plan ahead of the growing season.
Illinois-based Mike Probst says it’s never too early to prepare to tackle weeds.
“Most people have laid the foundation for the plans at this point. They’ve made their seed decisions, but now are determining what do you need to do based off of those seed decisions after that. What type of herbicide applications will that allow you to make or what kind of herbicide technology will that allow you to use,” he says.
