A farm real estate expert says one word sums up the farmland market in 2023.
Paul Schadegg with Farmers National Company tells Brownfield despite pressure from high interest rates and lower commodity prices, ag land values remain very strong.
“Pretty well stabilized right now, and we still continue to see some of those market highs.”
He anticipates that stability to continue.
“We look at the dynamics in the market right now, probably the biggest thing that is out to play is supply and demand.
