The Ohio Department of Agriculture will fund $12.6 million in projects that support the food supply chain.
The agency says the funding will invest in the state’s food system to support supply chain coordination, processing, and distribution.
Applications will be accepted until March 15.
The funds are part of USDA’s Resilient Food System Infrastructure Program which uses American Rescue Plan funding to support middle of the supply chain gaps impacting farmers and food businesses.
