An active, mid-Winterlike weather pattern ahead across much of the Heartland – Voice Of Muscatine

Looking ahead, the 6- to 10-day outlook calls for the likelihood of below-normal temperatures from the Pacific Coast to the Plains, while warmer-than-normal weather will prevail east of the Mississippi River. 

Meanwhile, below-normal precipitation in central and southern Texas should contrast with wetter-than-normal weather across the remainder of the country.  The eastern U.S. will have the greatest likelihood of experiencing wet conditions.
