Caitlin Clark is just eight points away from breaking the NCAA women’s basketball all-time scoring record. Clark is averaging 32 points a game in her senior season and should pass former Washington star Kelsey Plum’s 3527 points tonight at Carver Hawkeye Arena against Michigan. And with five regular season games left in the season, Clark is within striking distance of LSU’s Pete Maravich’s 3667 points, the men’s record which has stood for 54 years.
While there isn’t much intrigue about whether Clark will break the record tonight, there is when it comes to ticket prices for the game on Ticketmaster start at $258 with courtside tickets going as high as $10,000. It’s just part of the Clark magic as every game at home or on the road brings record prices for secondary tickets.
With frustration high after another 4th quarter road collapse Sunday at Nebraska, Clark likely will come out firing early and often against the Wolverines.
The game will be on KWPC and on the Peacock network.
