The Compost Facility at the Muscatine Transfer Station, 1000 South Houser Street, will remain closed today, April 3, due to the current weather conditions. The facility will possibly reopen tomorrow, Thursday, April 4, if conditions improve.
The Compost Facility hours of operation are 12-6 p.m. Sunday-Saturday during April. Summer hours will begin May 1. Visit the Compost Facility website for more information.
