Trinity Muscatine Public Health and Muscatine County Emergency Management (EMA) has released Muscatine County C.A.R.E.S, the official preparedness app for Muscatine County.
The app allows for mass and emergency messaging with push notifications from the Emergency Management Agency to quickly provide information to residents in the county.
