Kenneth ‘Kenny’ John Brower, 72, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024, at his home.
Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Kenny was born on February 19, 1952, in Muscatine, the daughter of George B. and Peggy Joyce Watters Brower. He married Barb Woods and later married Toni Kochneff.
Kenny was a 1970 graduate of Muscatine High School. He worked in carpentry for many years, owning and operating Brower Installation.
Kenny enjoyed his friends at the American Legion. He enjoyed collecting antiques and cooking. When he was young, he rode and showed quarter horses.
Kenny is survived by his children, Jenny (Brandon) Lessenger of Fruitland, IA, Angela (Aaron) Pestle of Wilton, IA, Chase (Dana) Brower of Peoria, IL, and Leah Brower of Muscatine; grandchildren, Madisyn (Theron) Strause, Jersey Lessenger, Colten Lessenger, Remi Lessenger, Rhylann Lessenger, Casiano Bravo, Damian Pestle, Clark Brower, Jack Brower, and Maximus Brower; sister, Beth (Brock) Norton of Dexter, IA; nieces, Jennifer Medina, Alexa Norton, and Landry Norton; and Jenny’s mom, Barb Woods Heath.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, George M. Brower; and Angela and Chase’s mom, Toni Kochneff.
