Play mini-golf among the Musser Library collections Feb. 15 – Voice Of Muscatine

The Friends of Musser Public Library (FMPL) are setting up for a “hole” lot of after-hours fun at the library on Saturday, Feb. 15.

“Book” your time for a friendly round of mini-golf on a course designed between the library’s collections. The event will be from 3-5 p.m. at the Musser Public Library, 408 East 2nd Street.

Come see how stacks of books and other assorted items can be arranged into a nine-hole course that is a real page turner. Test your hand-eye coordination, and watch for hole sponsorships, fun trivia, and jokes along the way. After the game, names will be drawn for prizes.

Admission for Friends members is $5 per person or $15 per family. The cost is $15 per person and $25 per family for non-members, but all will have an opportunity to become members at the event. Signups are accepted upon arrival or in advance at the library’s service desk. Cash or checks accepted.

Proceeds go to the Friends of Musser Public Library to support the library’s 2025 summer reading program and improvements to the library’s buildings and grounds.

If your business would like to sponsor a hole (which includes an 11×17-inch ad on the course), please get in touch with Kathy Kuhl at (563) 263-3065 x114 or at friendsofmusser@gmail.com.
