Cooperatives Working Together assists with 49 more dairy export deals
Cooperatives Working Together will assist with 49 export deals, helping to capture sales for nearly three million pounds of Cheddar, Gouda, and Monterrey Jack cheese, and almost two-and-a-half million pounds of butter. The export assistance is also helping move over a million and a half pounds of anhydrous milk fat and almost three million metric tons of whole milk powder.
The products are bound for Asia, South America, North Africa, and the Middle East.
The export assistance is funded by voluntary checkoff dollars.
