Busch Light first to use “U.S. Farmed” label – Voice Of Muscatine

A new U.S. Farmed label will help increase resources for farms transitioning to new generations.

American Farmland Trust acting CEO Beth Sauerhaft tells Brownfield the organization created a product label that certifies at least 95 percent of agricultural ingredients are grown in the United States.

“The funds that come from the certification program will enable American Farmland Trust to provide technical resources and advisory services to farmers in areas such as farmland protection, succession planning, land access, and transfer,” she says.
