Iowa’s harvest is moving rapidly
Iowa’s 2020 harvest is moving along very rapidly.
As of Sunday, 78 percent of soybeans and 42 percent of corn were harvested, both two weeks ahead of normal.
Although some areas received rain earlier this week, conditions remain extremely dry. Topsoil moisture is rated 51 percent short to very short and subsoil moisture is rated 58 percent short to very short.
